Eating Healthy
The Street News
Issue # 53
By Bryan Farnum-Scientific Intuitive

Eating a healthy balanced meal and getting 30 minutes of walking exercise will help enhance one’s overall health. Recently I discerned that our physical body is only able to digest foods in harmony if the foods contain live enzymes, as well most white breads commonly sold do not contain healthy enzymes and should not be consumed. Unknown to the general food manufacturers and bakers, there is a very high probability the white bread is highly addictive due to certain chemicals found in this food product. Hopefully, scientists around the world will confirm and present this information with ethical recommendations.

Obesity and type two Diabetes is getting out of hand in North America, not to mention certain types of cancer associated with these two conditions. My discernment is that most obese people in North America crave a high carbohydrate diet; a high carbohydrate diet can also trigger a separate gene in the body that is connected to Type 2 Diabetes. If you are well balanced mentally, emotionally and spiritually, you will be attracted more to healthy foods. If you do not share this same relationship, you are more attracted to unhealthy foods. As they say, “You are what you eat”. Most obese people also suffer with chronic anger issues stored on a gene memory level, and have an anger chemical marker in their blood that could be tested. Part of the reason for many of these individuals having anger, is their own inability to deal with constant life disappointments. They are usually born with very high expectations and a low coping mechanism to deal with disappointments. The different chemical behavior programs that we are born with exist for the sole purpose of helping us learn our life lesson. When disappointment lands on our doorstep, in most cases, it’s because it was supposed to be. We may have agreed to take on the spiritual debt of our ancestors. Please understand we have a life script. Most of life’s experiences are already planned based on God’s perfect math equation.

Forgive those who hurt you or your loved ones and move on. Do not hold grudges. Thank God for your hardships, and for allowing you to be the instrument to heal your bloodline by taking on the spiritual debts. Work hard each day to forgive others so that your gene memory does not build and build until one day, you wake up and decide that you are fed up of life and you do not want to live. This simple thought can bring cancer and other disease into your body. Believe you are worth it, heal your soul and start being attracted to healthy foods. Try to avoid white breads and foods without enzymes. Plus exercise daily 30 minutes per day- walking is fine. Do something for the underprivileged today. Without expectations, give generously to the poor. Do not judge the poor as you will not be judged.

Bryan Farnum will be coming soon to Vancouver, and offering a special free service for the poor. He will be seeking a minister to offer their church of worship. If you can help, please call Denisa at Guide Productions at 604-669-0500.
